How My Work Can Benefit You

I’m some (weird) combination of chiropractor, engineer, and teacher, which I think is synergistic. My work is focused on helping people to actually enjoy an active life. Too often I think an active life becomes a source of burden, wear and tear, and mental burnout. Or, people just aren’t sure how to go about it.

My favorite teachers and authors seem to share common characteristics, such as careful thought, organized or systematic content, and research-backed info (whenever possible). I’m so thankful for these people and try to work in a similar manner. I don’t think anybody likes hype, exaggeration of benefits, or wants to study someone’s creative whims.

To help people in the few ways I’m capable, I run the following:

  • Zach Snyder Performance Courses to help student-athletes access effective and efficient training information from sports science and from what experienced, thoughtful coaches have already figured out.
  • Hip Dry Needling and Weekly Chiropractic to help people make chiropractic and dry needling a routine part of their lifestyle for a nearly non-noticeable price. These clinical practices are designed to help people get joint and muscle support for their work or active lifestyles, rather than trying to “fix” something or provide a perceived miraculous “cure”.
  • Appetite Under Control to help people who have high food reward to lose weight and achieve the lean body they’ve been after, without an everyday, uphill fight against appetite and food cravings.
  • Leg Training Made Simple so adults can keep a measure of youthful athleticism in their legs with 2, 20-30 minute strength training sessions per week.
